What is a live online Chinese class
Learn Mandarin Chinese from a professional Beijing-based, native Chinese speaking teacher from the comfort of your home or office anywhere in the world day or night! The lessons are conducted live using voice over Internet protocal(VOIP), such as Skype, MSN Live Messenger, etc. Learning Chinese one on one Chinese learning guarantees that your learning will be based on your own levle, pace and style.
Our Teaching method
Our teaching methods originate from the theory and work of famous scholar professor Zhao Yuanren of Harvard University:" Languange learning requires access to the target language as much as possible." We see language learning as skills training. All of our teachers are graduated or postgraduated specializing in Chinese or Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. Our course design is based on the 80-20 principles i.e.
STUDENTS SPEAK FOR OVER 80% OF THE CLASS TIME.
Each session consists of four steps:
Step 1: New vocabulary and grammatical points and introduced in context;
Step 2: New Item are practiced through questions and answers;
Step 3: Drills and substitutions;
Step 4: Presentation.
These steps, combined with a of one on one class size and our teaching methods can help you develop a strong sense of engagement and confidence, enabling you to achieve astonishing results.
What course is best for me?
1. Regular Chinese Course
Regular Chinese Course is designed for adults over 18 years old. Five levels are set from easy to difficult: beginner, elementary, intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced.

2. Our customized Mandarin Chinese lessons
All these courses are tailor made for you. We offer personalized tutoring plans and customized Chinese lessons based on different Chinese customized learning needs and styles.
HSK Preparatory Course -- This program is for Intermediate and Advanced levels.
Chinese Character Course -- This 60-hour character programme is recommended to students after they have completed Level 1 of spoken Chinese Program. You will learn to read and write 855 of the most frequently used characters.
Colloquial Expressions Course -- This is designed for students who are aiming to for Level 3 Chinese and above and wish to grasp more colloquial expressions and sayings.
Idiomatic Phrases Course -- The program teaches 100 most commonly used idiomatic phrases and helps to make our students spoken Chinese more idiomatic and expressive.
Newspaper Reading Course -- It teaches you how to correctly read and comprehend news articles in Chinese.
Other course available according to students’ requirements.
Registration steps
a. Have an interview with our staff to determine Chinese level.
b. Get a free trial class (50 minutes) to get familiar with the technical operation and to experience the live online class.
c. Send the completed application to school by email and register
d. Transfer the tuition fees to Sinoland account and inform the school when it has been completed.
e. Get the teacher’s MSN or Skype, E-mail and phone numbers from the school.
f. Make an appointment with the teacher for a computer test which lasts about 15 minutes.
g. Start classes after getting confirmation from the school. (Class handouts will be emailed in advance.)
